760 Chapel Street
Olympia Properties renovated this 1891 Romanesque Revival style building in downtown into a marvelous open plan office suite. With an existing tenant on the ground floor we devised a design to replicate ideas from the original stone facade. The entire storefront was replaced and precast concrete units mimicing stone were applied. The lobby space to the office suite utilizes a curved ramp that leads to the oldest operating elevator in the city.
