203 Dwight Street
Originally a produce store and adjacent ice store, the two commercial buildings on this corner have long been blighted and empty. Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven purchased the property from the City of New Haven after a number attempts by others failed to spruce the corner up. While working for NHS, Colin Caplan made a design that is remeniscient of a store front while incorporating two residential units with attached garages.
